Financial Life Stages

With each life stage comes a different financial need.  Therefore you will have to adjust your financial knowledge to cater to that particular financial situation.

Your financial education should be developed just like your general education.  You should first take baby 
steps when you are learning to deal with your finances.  Just like you start in the first grade at an early life you should began early in life obtaining financial literacy.  

Let's just talk a little about life stages and how each 
will require more knowledge as the years progress.


Grade School Age

When you are a kid, it is the responsibility of your 
parent to set a good example to you when they are

Teenager

Now once your child becomes teenager they must 
continue their financial education to learn additional

Young Adult

When your teen becomes a young adults they should be so use to money management information that they want to continue on with their financial knowledge on their own.   If your child decides to go on to college they can take finance classes.  If they decide not to attend college they can enroll in a financial education program, attend financial literacy workshop, take online financial tutorials and or read books and article on money management.

Married Couple

Dealing with finances in a marriage can be very challenging especially if the married couple has not engaged in conversation about their finances and how they will handle it.  One thing that I know can be very helpful  to couples once they are married is to gain financial knowledge.  Couple who acquire financial literacy I believe will enjoy talking more about their finances than couples with a lack of finanial literacy....learn more about finances in a marriage here

Senior Citizens  

Seniors Citizen need to become financial literate too.  There are so many things that seniors need to understand when it comes to handling their money.  They would very financially wise for them to gain knowledge in the areas of budgeting, insurance of all kinds....learn more about financial edcation for senior citizens here.
