There are many ways to get to know what's on your insurance policy. But first you need to understand what an insurance policy is.
What is a Policy
An insurance policy is a legal written contract that the
insurance company issues to you once you submit
an application to them for insurance. Once you
submit the offer for insurance the insurance company
will evaluate the application and if they accept you as
a customer, they will give you a contract. That contract
will be your insurance policy.

suffer a loss, its you that will have to file a claim.
So many people are not aware of what's on their

Well let me say that it is very hard to tell you what's on every insurance policy because there are so many types of policies and that each individual policy will have different coverage.
There are many ways to get to know what's on your insurance policy. But I'm going to give you the
quickest and easiest way.
There are 9 Steps To Learning What's On Your Insurance Policy
1) Collect all your insurance policies
2) Write down all the insurance agents name that wrote the policies
3) Call each insurance agent and setup an appointment to visit each one.
4) Tell the insurance agent you would like to understand your insurance policy and would like for
it to be explain to you page by page, word by word and number by number.
5) Take a notebook or pen and paper with you.
6) Write notes and and ask plenty of questions to the agent.
7) If you discover something on the policy that you don't need then ask the agent will your premium
be lower if you remove that particular coverage. Who knows you might just save some money.

8) If you discover that you need added protection and its not on the policy it will be a good time
to talk to your agent about it. You don't want to discover during a loss, that you don't have enough coverage or that you are not covered at all for something you thought you had.
