How to Save Money On Water Bill

There are hundreds of people seeking ways to lower their water bills.  Many go online to find ways.
I can't blame them. Not seeking ways to lower your water bill can cost you greatly.

Ways to save on water bill

1) Have Water Service Turned Off While Away
    From Home.

I you are going to be away from your residence for a
month you should consider having your water service
disconnected.

Even when you don't use water, you are still charged
a fee just for having the service on in  your home.  So
why not ask the water service to turn your water off for
the period you are away from home and have it turned
back on once you get back.

You might want to call a few days prior to  you getting
home to arrange for your service to be on once you
get back home.

This can be tried on all your utility bills.

2)  Get Help From Your Local Social Service Department

Contact your local Social Service Department and inquire about their utility assistance. See if they can give you some financial assistance. There are some countries that do offer this service but there are some qualification rules. So why don't you contact them and see if you qualify.

3)  Obtain Help From Local Churches and Charities

There are many churches and charities that offer financial assistance to families that need help paying
their water bill.  Contact some of the local charities in the area to see if they offer this kind of assistance.

4)  Contact With Your Water Company

You can talk with your water company and ask them how you can reduce your bill or if they offer financial assistance to help pay the bill.

5)  Adjust Both Hot and Cold Water Valve

to your sink and face board in your bathrooms.

Turn your water valve part way so you have less amount of water coming through.

The supply of water coming into your home can cause your water bill to increase.
